Step-by-Step Ordering Process:

  1. Browse Our Catalog Flags
    Explore our extensive collection of pre-designed flags. These designs are ready to go, and you can order them as-is for the fastest delivery.

  2. Customize Any Catalog Flags (Optional)
    If you'd like to make small modifications, such as changing the color, or switching catalog art onto a different flag style, our team can assist. Modifications to catalog designs are quick and affordable.

  3. Opt for New Custom Flag Designs (Optional)
    We can work with you on fully original custom flag designs to make the best impact for your show. Our design team is here to create something unique that meets your vision and fits your budget. There is a one-time art fee of $75 per custom flag design added to final invoice. To start this process, we recommend that you compile some visual references in a folder for your art designer to guide them towards what you are hoping for in your custom design. These can include links to images online, napkin sketches, written detailed descriptions, anything you want your artist to reference as they create your custom design for approval.

  4. Choose your Flag Styles
    Each of our available flag styles (flag shapes) have unique benefits that you’ll want to consider for your intended effects. Visit the Flags section of our website to see demo videos of our most popular flag styles, as well as examples of flag designs using our different styles. Talk to our team about which option is best for you.

  5. Contact us to Request an Estimate
    Once you have chosen flag styles, decide how many of each you will need, then contact our sales team through our website, by email, or by phone to request an official estimate. Review the details shown on the estimate and let your sales representative if any final adjustments are needed.

  6. Review and Approve Flag Designs
    Whether you are getting catalog design or custom designed flags, you will receive an art proof of your art design from your sales representative via email for approval. Let us know if you have any requests for changes/revisions, or if it is officially approved. Our custom art design fees includes up to 4 total versions of the design (the first version, plus 3 rounds of revisions). After the 4th version, an additional art fee will be required for further revisions. Art design approval must be given in writing.

  7. Payment, 50% Deposit, or School Purchase Order
    We can start production with a 50% deposit, full payment, or valid and signed school district purchase order. For payment methods we accept checks, ACH bank transfers, or credit cards (with a 3% processing fee added for credit card payments). If 50% deposit is paid to start production, the remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

  8. Inspect Flags Once Received
    Once received, open and inspect your flags. Confirm they are accurate to what was ordered. Reach out to us right away if anything is not to your satisfaction so we can address any concerns.
