HOW TO ORDER - PROP FRAMES

Step 1: Choose Your Prop Frames

1. Sideline Prop Frames
   • Dimensions: each frame is 3'9.5" tall x 7'6" wide
   • Price: $350 per sideline frame
     
2. L9 Rolling Backdrop Frames (adjustable)
   • Features: 9-position rolling backdrop frame designed for flexible setups.
   • Price: $1,200 per L9 frame
   • Special Offer: Purchase four or more L9 frames in the same season and receive a free one-sided prop graphic for each frame (design fees may apply).
     

Step 2: Confirm Shipping Details

1. Sideline Frames:
   • $150 for up to 4 frames. Add $150 for each additional set of 1-4 frames (e.g., 1-4 = $150; 5-8 = $300).
2. L9 Frames:
   • Shipping requires a custom quote due to the size and weight.
     

Step 3: Understand Turnaround Times

• Production Time: We try to keep all Prop Frames in stock. However, during high demand seasons, there may be an up to a 4 week production time for prop frames to ship.
  

Step 4: Place Your Order

• Payment Requirements: Full payment or a school purchase order is required before shipment.
• Approval Process: Ensure a signed purchase agreement is submitted to confirm your order.
  

Step 5: Plan & Order printed Prop Graphics (sold separately)

• Prop Frames are designed to support printed vinyl or tension fabric graphics to set your performance field or stage with impactful visuals.
• Prop Graphics Options: Printed graphics available in vinyl, mesh, or fabric in almost any custom size. 100+ Catalog designs available to use for no additional cost, or work with us on new custom graphics for your show!
