Synced Up Products (Synced Up Designs, Synced Up Audio) is a comprehensive provider of innovative solutions for the performing and pageantry arts. Our services and products are designed to elevate any ensemble to new heights. Our offerings include:

- Catalog Music and Exercises
- Choreography
- Program Design and Coordination
- Uniforms
- Props
- Fast Field Frames

- Practice Products
- Audio Services and Consultation
- Audio and Field Carts
- Audio and Electronic Equipment Sales

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

1. Provide timely feedback and communication.
2. Supply necessary materials and documents as required for project completion.
3. Ensure timely delivery of payment for products and services.

4. Payment Terms
-Payment terms will be accurately outlined in Synced Up Product Estimates, Invoices, and through signed and delivered contracts/agreements, depending on the type of product or service a client receives.
-Invoices will have Net 30 terms based on the send date.
-Products will not ship until full payment or a School District Purchase Order is received.

5. Project TimelinesAll client project timelines will be communicated between a Synced Up representative and the client. These timelines are subject to mutual agreement and any changes will be promptly discussed and documented.

6. Revisions and Approvals
1. Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract.
2. All work must be approved by the client before final delivery.
3. Additional charges may apply for revisions beyond the agreed number.

7. Intellectual Property
1. Ownership of final art designs and products belong to Synced Up Products
2. Synced Up Products retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes, marketing, and catalog product sales.

8. Confidentiality
Synced Up Products will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any proprietary information without the client's consent.

9. Termination Clause
1. Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions, such as breach of terms.
2. In the event of termination, a refund policy will be outlined based on the stage of project completion.

10. Liability and Warranty
1. Synced Up Products limits its liability to the cost of the services provided.
2. A warranty period for the work will be specified in the project contract.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

12. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any legal matters will be addressed in the jurisdiction of Nashville, TN.

13. Miscellaneous
Any additional terms specific to individual projects will be detailed in the respective contracts or agreements.
