Catalog Marching Band, Indoor Percussion, and Indoor Winds shows

Select any of our shows from the website. Click on the Get Quote/Availability button to fill out the request form.
One of our Synced Up Representatives will check the availability for your region, contact you with a Perusal Score and a formal quote.
Once accepted, we will send you a contract to secure performance rights for your region.
Upon the receipt of the contract and Purchase Order or full Payment, we will send you a link to download your files.
You will receive:
Scores and Individual Parts in PDF format
Mainstage files for Sound Design
XML/Sibelius files
Rehearsal Tracks.

Uniforms

For any of our Catalog Uniform designs, click on the Get Quote/Availability button on the website page for the uniform.
One of our Synced Up Representatives will contact you with an estimate based on the numbers you give us.
Uniform orders typically take 6 weeks to produce (may vary during busy seasons). Production begins upon the completion of these three things.
1. All artwork and design has been approved and signed off on.
2. A purchase order or 25% deposit has been received
3. All sizing forms completed and turned in. (See the section below for details on how to measure for uniforms).

How To Measure

Take note of each of your performers measurements using the points below. WE RECOMMEND CONSIDERING THE LARGEST MEASUREMENT WHEN DETERMINING A SIZE. ALTERATIONS CAN BE MADE, BUT FABRIC CANNOT BE ADDED. Refer to the Sizing Charts in the next tab to determine sizes. Download the appropriate order form on the last tab to input sizes.

Points of Measurement

  • Chest - Measure around the body at the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, and with the arms down and relaxed
  • Waist - Measure around the waist at the narrowest point (usually just below the belly button).
  • Hips - Measure around the hips at the widest point.
  • Girth - Measure from edge of the left shoulder, down the front of the body, through the legs, up the back of the body, and to the edge of the right shoulder. (Used for female unitards and guard uniforms only).

Bell Covers

You will be able to select sizes and submit logos/artwork here.
Logos need to be in Vector format (.ai, .eps) or a Hi Res (150dpi+) raster format (preferably .png)
Production begins when artwork has been approved and a PO or full payment has been received.
Bell Covers ship in 3 weeks for less than 200, 4 weeks for more than 200.
